October Vibes – Yoga & Mountain hikes

Think Lofoten, October, wild autumn storms, soon bare trees and dark evenings. Think yoga, walks in the mountains, hot saunas and cold baths. Think candles, healthy and nutritious comfort foods, log fire and meditation. Think time-out and replenishing energy.

We would like to invite you to October Vibes at the beautiful Lofoten Apartments together with yoga teacher Fredrikke Jerring.

We want to give you a break, while also providing inspiration. We want to give you Lofoten and nature at its wildest, most beautiful and most magical.

We have divided the payments into two payments for the retreat: the first half is due upon registration and the final payment of the remaining amount is paid at least 3 weeks before the event. If necessary, you can also be given the opportunity to divide the payments further. Feel free to ask!


The price includes:

  • Accommodation at Lofoten’s most beautiful location – 3 nights; Lofoten Apartments.
  • Towels and bed linen.
  • All meals: Breakfast x 3, Lunch x2, Dinner x3, snacks and coffee/tea.
  • Daily, beautiful and guided walks – whatever the weather.
  • Sauna – as much as you can handle.
  • Daily morning yoga sessions to start off the day – and daily yin yoga sessions to wind down and get ready for a good night sleep.

The price does not include:

  • Flight tickets to/from Lofoten
  • Renting a car (here we can correspond and coordinate cars)
  • Yoga mat


The aim of this weekend is to, through physical, mental and spiritual practice – surrounded by majestic nature and wild weather – feel an authentic breather. We will practice a vinyasa-inspired flow in the morning, waking up the body and mind, playing on the mat with catchy music and a low threshold.

In the evening, we calm down with delicious yin yoga: Very calm movements, long stretches and total presence in body and soul. Meditation will be implemented in both daily classes.

You don’t have to be a daily yogi to take part in this trip, here we adapt for all bodies, levels and experience.


There will be magical mountain tours adapted to the weather and wind direction for the best possible experience. There is nothing in the world that gives a better feeling of respite and space than being alone in the mountains and an endless landscape with mountain peaks in autumn colors.

We will hike in all kinds of weather, so clothing must be adapted accordingly – you will receive a specified packing list upon registration.


Lofoten Apartments has a total of 16 beds, where we have set a limit of 12 people for this yoga weekend. We therefore have limited single rooms, so here is a first come, first serve basis.

If you sign up with a friend for one of the shared a rooms, the early bird price applies regardless of the registration time.


This yoga weekend is held by Fredrikke Jerring and Lofoten Apartments. Fredrikke is based in Lofoten, where she runs Lofoten Apartments together with Erik. She has a bachelor’s degree in acupuncture and a great interest and knowledge of Chinese medicine, health and yoga. Fredrikke has practiced yoga herself since 2012 and is a trained 200YTT yoga teacher.

In addition to yoga and retreats, she works as a content creator, photographer and interior designer. Busy lady with many creative balls in the air.
