The hosting role means that we handle all customer contact both before and during the stay. We manage your rental unit on various booking sites, we adjust prices according to demand and optimize text and images as needed.

During the stay, we follow up and are available if your tenants have questions, we also have a physical presence if there is a need for it during the stay.


The income comes directly to you and we invoice in arrears for our services.

Washing and Cleaning

We offer a wide range of cleaning services. We can handle everything in connection with renting – we prepare (clear away personal belongings) and wash the cabin and stock up with soap, toilet paper and other consumables.

For rentals managed by us, washing is mandatory to ensure quality.

Linens and towels

We supply everything you need in terms of bed linen, towels, cloths etc. to your guests – so your personal bed linen is reserved for you and yours.

When washing, we take and clean the bed linen and, if desired, new bed linen is placed ready for you and yours.

Caretaker services

Mow the grass, install a key box, dispose of rubbish?
We also offer smaller janitorial services according to your needs or help organize larger things that need to be done.





We have a simple price model where Lofoten Apartment AS only charge a flat monthly admin fee on NOK4000,-/per home in addition to a cleaning fee.

This means that everything your home generates goes directly to you.


The cleaning fee is calculated on inspection depending on size and standard and charged as an additional cleaning fee to each booking.


The rental of bed linen, towels etc. is included in the price list which is made available when the contract is signed.


Everyone’s satisfaction is of great importance – that’s why all contracts have no notice period.
If you are not satisfied with our services, you can cancel whenever you want!
