Breathe In Lofoten

Join us to amazing Lofoten for meditation, summit hikes and kayaking at Lofoten Apartments in beautiful Hopen on September 20 – September 24, 2023.

Finally an adventure – Breathe In Lofoten! Join us to what might be the world’s most beautiful place for meditation, summit hikes and great food at the beautiful Lofoten Apartments. Did we mention the sauna and kayaks?

Meditation – During the trip we’ll learn to be more awake, aware and compassionate through meditation. Axel will guide the meditations during the retreat and you’re welcome regardless if you’re a beginner or a seasoned meditator. You’ll get to try lots of meditations that will help you to be present both on the trip and when you’re back home.


Nature – Lofoten Apartments is a hidden gem in Hopen, between Henningsvær and Kabelvåg. It’s an old fishery that our friends rebuilt into modern standard with a jetty facing the water and with several balconies. Wherever you look you’ll see stunning mountain peaks, ready to be climbed. The surroundings cannot really be described as anything other than amazing.

Adventure – As said, finally adventure! Where do we start? On the mountain tops of course. We’ll explore different peaks around Lofoten. Weather permitting, we eat our lunch outside. When we are not meditating, hiking or just being, there is the opportunity to paddle out into the bay water directly from the pier. The hikes are of varying difficulty and really makes us see Lofoten. But, the journey is for you and you decide how adventurous you want to be. Adventures are different for everyone!
