Under the soft, endless light of the midnight sun, you’re invited to slow down, move your body with intention, breathe deeper, and reconnect — with nature, with others, and with yourself. Midnight Sun Retreat – Recharge, Explore & Connect is a carefully curated experience in the wild landscapes of Lofoten, combining soulful movement, mountain adventures, nourishing food, and moments of stillness — all held in a small, supportive group where you don’t have to perform, achieve, or explain yourself

Each day unfolds at a natural, unhurried pace — guided, but never rigid. You’re invited to listen to your body, choose presence over pressure, and move in ways that feel supportive and alive.

 

Soulful movement & grounding practices

Gentle yoga, functional movement, breath, and stretching to wake up the body, release tension, and build a deeper sense of connection from within.

 

Mountain hikes & Arctic nature experiences

Guided hikes through Lofoten’s dramatic landscapes, where effort is met with wide views, fresh air, and the quiet confidence that comes from moving through nature together.

 

Cold water dips, sauna & recovery

Moments of contrast and stillness — grounding swims, warming saunas, and space to rest — supporting both nervous system and resilience.

 

Nourishing, wholesome meals

Fresh, thoughtfully prepared food designed to support energy, digestion, and enjoyment — shared around the table, without rules or restriction.

PRICING & ACCOMMODATION

 

Shared room: NOK 18,500 per person

 

Private room: NOK 23,500 per person 

 

Both options include four nights of accommodation, all meals, daily movement practices, guided hikes, sauna access, and local transportation during the retreat.

FAQ

No. All activities are adaptable, and the focus is on participation, not performance. You should be comfortable walking in nature, but no advanced experience is required.

The retreat is intentionally small, with a maximum of 12 women, to create a safe, intimate, and connected atmosphere.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Your retreat experience includes four nights of accommodation at Lofoten Apartments, all meals during the retreat days, daily yoga and movement practices, guided mountain hikes and nature experiences, free access to sauna throughout the stay, cold water dips, and local transportation during the retreat program. 

 
ACCOMMODATION & ROOM SHARING

Accommodation is at Lofoten Apartments, in comfortable, well-equipped apartments close to nature and the sea. The retreat price is based on shared rooms, with one other participant.

Only 3 private rooms are available for an additional fee and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

 
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?

Flights to and from Lofoten, personal travel insurance, and any activities outside the retreat program are not included. 
Transportation to and from Lofoten Apartments on arrival and departure day is not included.

The easiest way to get to Lofoten, is to fly all the wat to Svolvær airport:

The airport is approximately a 20 min taxi ride away from Lofoten Apartments.

The cheapest way to get to Lofoten, is to fly to Evenes Airport. From there, the 300-bus will get you to Svolvær centre:

Note that the bus only departs at 11.05 and 15.05 each day. From Evenes to Svolvær, so make sure your flight corresponds with this.

 

From Svolvær Airport and Svolvær Centre, Lofoten Apartments is a short 15-20 min taxi ride away!

There will be a deposit of NOK5000 to pay straight away, and the full amount will have to be paid six weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If prefered, your’re also welcome to pay the the total amount straight away too. You’re choice 🙂

All bookings and deposits are non-refundable.
We will always try our best to help out in case unforeseen circumstances occur, please reach out to us immediately.
When you sign up for a spot on our retreat we can only guarantee your spot once the deposit is paid.
The totalt amount have to paid to us six weeks prior to the first day of the retreat.
